Contact us

Spring is a time for new beginnings. Register now for the Spring 2019 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course to establish new habits to prevent the overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout than can result from trying to manage things the way you have always done — and expecting different results.

Whether you are facing the demands of your job, caring for your family members or others, managing stress that accompanies transitions, facing physical or emotional challenges — or any combination of these — mindfulness can help you meet them all with greater stability and enhanced well-being.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is the acknowledged gold standard in the field of modern mindfulness training because of its long-standing, ongoing scientific foundation, and its rigorous certification standards for its teachers.

Because the class size is deliberately limited, early registration is recommended. Participation in the Orientation Session is free of charge, but required for admission into the MBSR course.

The Spring 2019 Orientation Session will be

at Mayu Meditation Co-op, Denver, CO:

Friday, March 29, 12:00 noon - 1:30 pm MST
