Springtime! An ideal time to refresh your mindfulness practice and restore your energy. We invite you to join us for the day, or even part of the day*, unplugged from your devices and plugged in to nature in the beautiful surroundings of the Black Forest north of Colorado Springs. Welcome yourself home.
Open to all new beginners, this silent retreat will be full of practices to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
* If planning to join for part of the day, please plan to arrive by 9:15 am for morning participation, OR join for the afternoon during our mindful lunch time at 1:00 pm.
