[Body, 2-5s] (Service) is a secular, scientific program that incorporates mindfulness to help people engage the inherent wisdom of their minds and bodies to manage stress, pain, and illness.

[History/Background, 2-5s] This course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, has benefited the lives of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and has been a trusted method for over 40 years.
