WHAT WE DO
We teach mindfulness for real.
We teach practical mindfulness skills to people in all stages of life to help reduce stress, increase focus, sleep better, build resilience, and improve overall well-being and enjoyment of life.
We know from experience that learning mindfulness is more effective in the company of others and that practicing the skills is the best way to sustain them. We focus on using clear instruction and lots of practice, all within the community and connection that are at the heart of all we do Upstream.
