About Us

We are Easemakers.

Peace is a tall order. But ease is...well, easier. Small moments of mindfulness repeated many times a day can help us feel less stressed, happier, and more at ease even in the midst of challenging circumstances. We teach mindfulness skills that are practical and portable -- everywhere from the classroom to the boardroom -- to help people meet whatever the day brings with greater clarity and ease.

WHAT WE DO

We teach mindfulness for real.

We teach practical mindfulness skills to people in all stages of life to help reduce stress, increase focus, sleep better, build resilience, and improve overall well-being and enjoyment of life.

We know from experience that learning mindfulness is more effective in the company of others and that practicing the skills is the best way to sustain them. We focus on using clear instruction and lots of practice, all within the community and connection that are at the heart of all we do Upstream.
